Pharmacy Weight Loss Hedon is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services to patients in Hedon and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council standards and applicable UK law.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and honest medical questionnaire before any prescription or treatment is issued. Our services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have certain pre-existing medical conditions that contraindicate weight loss medication.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual where a prescriber or pharmacist determines it is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Hedon are generated by a registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted medical information. A prescription will only be issued where it is deemed safe and appropriate for you.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions are non-transferable and may not be used at third-party pharmacies unless specifically agreed in writing. We retain the right to refuse to dispense any prescription where clinical concerns arise.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be completed within 1 working day. Delivery timescales begin from the point of pharmacist approval, not from the time of order submission.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive prescription items if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications in line with UK medicines legislation.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve genuine issues promptly in accordance with our complaints procedure.
